    Chief,
    As per our discussion, an immediate tasking from Chief Aguilar necessitates that we
    canvas the entire Border Patrol for Agents that are qualified and able to work on
    boundary fence construction. Chief Self asked that I contact you, to ask the Northern
    Border Chiefs for this information.

    1) # of Agent Personnel (welders, construction equipment operators,


    experience in construction)

    Please advise as early as possible tomorrow (August 7th, 2007) with the information
    collected. The deployment to the southern border will be very soon. Chief Self and
    Chief Rowdy Adams have more of the particulars. Thanks you in advance.
