One night I dreamt

That I didn’t exist,

And all my hopes and beliefs
Were completely dismissed.

That no one else cared,
And all my five senses
Were fully impaired.

That the sun didn’t shine,
And the stars in the sky
Were no longer aligned.

That the world was so vast,
Yet there still was no room
For my dreams of the past.

That angels were true,
Because when I no longer existed,
