I have enclosed a {copy} of Agent Lamoreaux’s fax cover sheet so you can identify the 3-page fax document I'm looking for. The 3-page document is a copy of a complaint that I filed to your agency and he faxed ne 24 age complaint to Chief Scott Freitas. I’m looking for a copy of the two-page complaint 1x mentions, preferably the actual 3 pages from the original fax. This completes my public records request for now.
