Fudgy S’more Crinkles

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 TB vanilla extract
3 large eggs
10 TB butter, softened
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
8 full graham crackers (rectangles), crushed to
penny sized pieces
5 Hershey Bars (1.55 ounce), chopped to penny
sized pieces
1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
½ cup powdered sugar, sifted into a small bowl

Preheat oven to 350

Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt with a whisk to combine. Set aside.
Step 2: In the bowl of a standing mixer, cream butter till light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add sugars and mix to combine.
Step 4: Add eggs and vanilla and mix to combine.
Step 5: With mixer at low speed, add in the dry ingredients in 3 additions. Scrape down bowl once or twice in the
process.
Step 6: Add remaining ingredients and mix just to evenly distribute the s’more ingredients throughout the batter.
Step 7: Chill for 30 minutes.
Step 8: With a small scoop or heaping teaspoon, portion cookies on to an ungreased baking sheet. Once
portioned, roll each cookie between palms to form a smooth ball. Make sure that any marshmallows that are
protruding are pushed back in, as they have a tendency to melt and distort the cookie if exposed during baking.
Step 9: Roll each dough ball in sifted powdered sugar and place back on cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Step 10: Bake on middle rack of oven for no more than 10 minutes.
Step 11: Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing cookies from pan. Cookies will be very soft when removed
from oven.

Enjoy warm or cold.
