    Reasons for not conducting raids / checkings on induction furnaces / rolling mills
    etc. and related primary & secondary Sub-station meters of Distt Ghaziabad,
    Aligarh & Hathras as done in March, 2010 at Muzaffarnagar. Is there any pressure
    for not taking aforesaid action from U.P. Power Minister? Or there is no theft in
    said areas.
