for free flow of Information. Controlled by Managers.
2. Authority Structure: Status and Authority, GM and Clerk. Formal, Polite.
3. Job Specialization: Members of Same groups have same line of thinking, Use Same
Jargon, Set Similar goals and adopt similar styles.
4. Information Ownership: Some Individuals possess unique info about their specific jobs. It
gives him a bit power. May not like to share his knowledge.
