The airstrip is located 6 miles NW of the Battleground

VOR. It’s name is Daybreak, a private airport on the

charts. It’s 2700 ft, grass, bordering the East Fork Lewis
River. Some call it the “cornpatch”.

Directions: From Vancouver- take Andreson north. It

turns into 72nd Ave. Follow it north to “Daybreak park”. At
the park, cross the bridge over the East Fork Lewis river,
then immediately turn left onto Daybreak road. Check
odometer and go 2.3 miles to 290th St (private road) sign
on left. Take dirt drive all the way to river and picnic site
(about ½ mile). Go slow….no dust please….
