and Poonbato). 108 finished the course for a completion rate of 48 per cent. Poverty is the most

200 Tagbanuas, 61 males and 139 females, with ages ranging from 7 to 60 graduated
from NFE levels I (163 graduates), II (30) and III (35). 230 Tagbanuas started NFE classes in 6
barangays (Tara, Decabobo, Turda, Concepcion, Salvacion and Buenavista) but only 200
finished the modules for a completion rate of 87 per cent.
