AK Responsibilities

Supervision
• Supervised the Field Engineers and Field Cost Reporters (Total, Exxon)

Engineering

• Layout- How the layout area will be utilized. (Total, Exxon)

• Progress-I will maintain excel sheets for tracking the progress based on different
commodities. If Fluor has a s/w similar to Mile Marker it will be good. (Total,
Exxon)
• Software- When ever required by the field guys. For supports, pipes and various
commodities. Used Smart Plant Review earlier. (Total, Exxon)
• Worked on P&ID’s. (Total, Exxon)

Quality Assurance

• Audits-NCR, CAR, PAR, Audit Reports etc. (Nuclear QA since the past 1 year)
• Procedures, Work-Instructions- I can take care because I wrote all the
procedures for the nuclear work. I need the input from the department managers.
• Track the inventory- Based on the received reports and the number as shown on
the iso’s (columns, beams, braces, flanges, angles etc.). Also check the data as
received from Matman. Coordinate with the materials manager. (Total, Exxon)

Project Controls

• Reports- Daily, Weekly and Monthly with transmittal letters. (Total, Exxon)
• Curves-Commodity, 3 parts. (Total, Exxon)
