The Status Hearing of September 10, 2010 was set as a control date in this matter.

Because the Court issued a Scheduling Order and the outstanding motions were resolved, and

upon the representation by all the parties that a Status Hearing is no longer necessary, the Court

now vacates the September 10 Status Hearing. Accordingly, it is by the Court this 31st day of

August 2010,

ORDERED that the Status Hearing set for September 10, 2010 be, and hereby is,

VACATED.
