Seller Pre Qualification Script 1, T wanted to confirm a few basic things with you if possible. I think it is critical to know what is, most important for you about your home, would that be ok? 2, How long have you live in this home? When did you buy it, move in. 3. If you were to move where are you planning on moving to? 4, What is the main reason you are considering making this move or selling? What is the most important reason you would like to sell? Really, tell me more about that, 5. Once we get your home sold, tell me, what will that do for you? How will that make things for you, better/different? Really, Tell me more about that. 6. How much financing do you have against the property? Is the cost of the maintinence and the cost of owning this property a concem at all? 7. Have you done any considerable remodeling recently? What are your favorite aspects about you property you like most? What are the things you like the least, Are there any special features that you feel that might impact today’s value of your home? 8. What do you know about today’s Real Estate market here in Santa Barbara? What have you heard or seen? Have you seen any of the other homes on the market in your area? 9. Give me a brief description of your property? 10. What price are you thinking about listing your property for? I am sure you have a ballpark. number right? 11. When will you be ready to get your home on the market and ready to be sold? Is there any projects you think you may need {o complete before we will be ready to go? 12. Is there anything else that needs to happen in order for you to be ready and before you can let me get started with the process? 13. Is there anything special you would like to see from me that would assist you in making the decision to allow me to begin the marketing process of your property?
