I have examined the accompanying financial statements of MIB EXTERMINATOR AND GENERAL
CONTRACTOR, INC. which comprise the balance sheets as at December 31, 2008 and 2007, and
the income statements for the year then ended. These are responsibility of the company’s
management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on my
audit.

My examination was made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Those
standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether
the financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit also includes assessing the
accounting principles use and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the
overall financial statement presentation. I believe that my audit provides reasonable basis for my
opinion.

In my opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the
financial position of MIB EXTERMINATOR AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR, INC. as of December 31,
2008 and the results of its operation for the year then ended in conformity with generally accepted
auditing principles.
