Monday
• The burner I am learning is _____. Play a game to practise your
burner.
• Write your spelling words in a list down your page, but jumble the
letters up.
Tuesday
• Practise your times table knowledge using a game from the blog link
‘That’s a fact’.
OR
• Write down the times table you are learning this week in your
homework book.
• Unjumble your spelling words and write them in a second list down
your page.
Wednesday
• Ask someone at home to test you on your burner sums.
• Write your spelling words in an interesting way. Take a photo of
them or be prepared to describe what you did to the class on
Friday.
Thursday
• To celebrate Maori Language Week this week, look around your
home for the following objects:
Table, computer, book, pen, chair, paper
• Write the question for each item – What is the colour of the ___?
Then write the answer for each one.
• Practise asking these questions to someone at home and help them
to answer you.
