A fresh look, and some fresh talent for the GITN: Drift Team!

As the Driftmania Canadian Championships return to its East Coast home at the St. Eustache
Autodrome. The Gold In The Net Drift Team continues to evolve and grow. As the team has
progressed over this season we have attracted some new sponsors, and felt it was time to
update our iconic JZX90 with a new look. To give Baribeau’s JZX90 a meaner look, it was
outfitted with a more JDM style body kit, and to complement the JZX90’s new lines, will be a
fresh coat of paint, and an even fresher livery.

Round 5 in St. Eustache will also introduce an addition to the Gold In The Net: Drift Team. Long
time friend, and drift buddy Mathieu Berthiaume. Mathieu will be representing the Gold In The
Net Drift Team competing at the Pro-Am level in the next two DMCC events, making his debut
at this weekend’s round 5 at St. Eustache. Berthiaume will enter the DMCC behind the wheel of
a very familiar platform, Toyota’s JZX90 Cresta. A car very similar to his pro teammate, Mats
Baribeau. GITN is proud to support grassroots drifting in Canada, and we are excited to
welcome Mathieu Berthiaume to the Gold In The Net family.
