The Wisconsin Quilt History Project, Inc. and the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts will provide all
reasonable security on the premises during hours of operation. During closed hours, the museum will be locked,
and a tenant lives on the second floor of the building. The WQHP, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged
item, however, all reasonable precautions will be taken to prevent such occurrences.

Lender holds the Wisconsin Quilt History Project, Inc. and the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts
harmless and waives all subrogation rights in connection with any loss or damage of any item submitted for
exhibition
