1. Commitment to ethical behavior should be clear and visible

2. Encourage members to take moral responsibility seriously

3. Corporations should know how to acknowledge the ideas or perceptions of other people, thus they

should be open minded, and

4. They should recognize the existence of other groups in the society which could affect the

organization
