This setup will replace your current version of WaveStudio with version 4.05.

o determine your version, go to HELP->ABOUT. If you have the same or never vers
ion, you do not need this update.
This version of WaveStudio is designed to address the following issues:
1) Sound distortions when doing a cut and paste operation on a wave file.
2) With Display in Milliseconds view selected, the time is reset every 24347 ms
.
3) Inability to play wave files encoded with the MP3 codec.
If you do not have one of the issues addressed, above you do not need this file.
Please note that this upgrade has the following issues:
1) Only an English version is available at this time.
2) The help files and your manual may not match your new version. Please use t
he Help provided on the menu instead.
If upgrading from a version prior to version 4.0 you may also experience the fol
lowing:
1) Effects are limited to: Insert silence, Rap, and Reverse.
2) You can not record codecs not already present in your previous version.
If after you complete the upgrade you find that you wish to return to the older
version of WaveStudio, simply uninstall the newer version and reinstall the orig
inal WaveStudio from the software provided with your soundcard.
