few topics you may want to discuss with your SOI and past clients to start the conversation:

 Interest Rates: currently hovering around 4.5% for conventional and FHA with no points
 Refi: House should have 20% equity, rates are around 4.5%
 Preapprovals: process starts with 15 min. over the phone. I’m working this weekend.

Your buyer will receive a “Buyer Priority Approval”.
 Investment properties: buyer must have 30% equity in their main residence, requires
25% down & interest rates are currently around 5%
 For Century 21 Award agents we have a “Close on Time Purchase Guarantee”. Once we
establish your COE date, if we don’t meet that date, we will pay your client’s first
month’s principle and interest!
