Ingredients:

• 3.5 Ounces dark chocolate


• 1 Ounce sugar
• 5 Ounces thick cream

- 5 ounces (150 ml) heavy (thick) cream
- 1 ounces (25 g) sugar

How to make Eggless Chocolate Mousse:


• Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it, using just sufficient heat to gently melt it.
• Stir it as it is melting.
• Meanwhile combine sugar with the cream and then whip the cream till it is foamy.
• When the chocolate is melt, fold it in the whipped cream.
• Spoon the mixture into the glasses and place the glasses into the refrigerator for about
an hour before serving.

asy Chocolate Mousse Without Eggs

Ingredients:

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream


• 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
• 1 Tbsp granulated sugar

Directions:

1. Place 1-2" of water in the bottom half of a double boiler. Bring to simmer over
medium heat. Melt chocolate and butter in upper half, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat once melted. Set aside.
2. In a chilled metal bowl, whip cream until soft peaks begin to form. Add in
granulated sugar and whip for an additional 10-15 seconds.
3. Gradually stir in one spoonful of whipped cream into chocolate to temper.
Continue to fold in whipping cream to chocolate until thoroughly combined.
4. Transfer to a martini glass, wine glass or other serving glass and chill for at least
15 minutes. Garnish with fresh berries, strawberries or whipped cream and
chocolate shavings.
