This Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR) is presently issued for a period of 5 years from the date of issue and will expire on March 30, 2015 (Expiry date) as per the request of the depositor. In view of this, IDBI Bank Ltd. has received an amount of Rs.2S,36,900/-

Our liability to keep the documents deposited with us for safe custody would arise only on the Depositor or Beneficiary paying us the safe custody charges/fees as decided by the Bank from time to time including revisions, if any.
In case the safe custody articles/documents are not taken delivery by the Depositor 011 the expiry date. !DB[ Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") shall not be responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the documents kept in safe custody with us. Further the Depositor shall be liable to pay safe custody charges (at the rates decided by the Bank from time to time) with interest at the rate of BPLR (i.e ]2.75% p.a. on this date, which may vary from time to time) for the periods beyond the expiry dale unti I the safe custody charges are paid to the Bank in full and the safe custody items are taken back.
The Bank is in receipt of Valuation Report dated 25(02/2010 issued by Government Approved Valuer, Shri Er.P.S.Swaminathan (FIV-l0299; FIE-016153/1) in respect of property noted above.
The Bank is also in receipt of Legal Search Report given by Me. Shri M.Karuna Sagar Advocate. High Court, AP.(Advocate) in respect of the properties covered by valuation report dated 25/02/2010 issued by Government Approved Valuer Er.P.S.Swamioathan.( FIV-I0299; FlE-016153/1)
In addition to the aforementioned, the Bank are also in receipt of tile documents serially mentioned above
As per the information given by the depositor, the valuation report dated February 25,2OJO submitted by Government Approved Valuer, Shri Er.P.S.Swamillathan (FLV- 10299; FIE-016153/1), on the securities/documents deposited for safe keeping are valued at Indian Rs.4,43,59,OO,OOOI-( Rupees Four hundred forty three crores fifty nine lakh only), USD 97.77 Million as on March 31,2010.
We, the Bank, state that by issuance of this receipt the Bank do not confirm or guarantee the authenticity, validity, genuineness or value of the security/documents deposited with us or that the Depositor holds the title or ownership of the documents deposited with us. The Bank has not verified and will not be responsible for the value of the documents kept in Safe Custody with us. Any person or entity taken cognizance of this receipt be aware that the genuineness, proper execution, validity, authenticity or value of the documents deposited with us for safe custody by the Depositor needs to be confirmed/obtained from
the Depositor and OUf liability under this receipt shall be limited on Iy for return of the documents stated above only to the Depositor, on return of this receipt and execution of a proper discharge to oursatisfadion and payment of all outstanding charges. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Bank shall not be liable to return the documents deposited with lIS in case there is an order, injunction or any other directions passed by any Court, regulatory or other authority prohibiting us from parting with the documents deposited with us under these presents.
We, IDBI Bank Ltd. confirm that this Safe Keeping Receipt will not be changed, altered or amended without the express consent or request in writing of the Depositor.
The Bank, further confirm that this Safe Keeping Receipt can be verified and authenticated al our correspondent , Bank, (Bank name), _________ Branch upon responsible enquiry through SWIFT as per MT799.
The Safe Keeping Receipt is not assignable or transferable, except upon written intimation from rhe Depositor.
We, !DEl Bank Ltd., City SME Centre, Hyderabad, India have issued this Safe Keeping Receipt with full Banking responsibility for the safe keeping of the Securities more fully specified above. Provided that, the Bank shall be entitled to produce or deposit the documents deposited with us under these presents with any Court, legal, regulatory or other lawful authority in case there is any order or direction to this effect passed by such authorities. Whereas the Depositor has approached the Bank for safe keeping of the documents fOI a period of 5 years i.e. upto March 30, 2015 and on expiry of the aforesaid period, has advised/directed the Bank to release/handover the Securities to the Depositor. We, the Bank have acceded to the aforesaid request of the Depositor and the Securities specified above are being kept in our safe custody at the request of Depositor and as an agent of Depositor. We, the Bank agree subject to exemptions specified above to hand over the securities to the Depositor as and when the Depositor handover this presenls in original along with a written request for return of the securities signed by its authorized signatory within the validity period of this receipt. All requests for return of the securities needs to be lodged with OUf City SME Centre, Hyderabad, I ndia in person. The Bank nor any of its officials are in no way responsibl e /liabl e to the contents other than what is mentioned in this Safe Keeping Receipt.
This safe custody receipt is issued all the express understanding/condition that in the event of loss or destruction of the documents (including a particular document or part thereof or the whole) deposited for Safe Custody with us due to Dacoity fire or other accident or mishap or any other event oyer which Bank has no control, the Bank shall be under no liability or responsibility in respect thereof. Notwithstanding anything contained hereinabove, the Bank reserves to itself the right of canceling this contract of Deposit by giving a seven days notice in writing to the Depositor and the Depositor shall be required to take back the documents deposited with the Bank within the aforesaid seven days. In case the documents deposited with us, not taken back within the aforesaid time, the Bank shall not be responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the documents kept in safe custody with us.
The firm is advised to submit Form-A {containing the details of the partners, address of the firm etc.,} within 7 days from the date of this letter and also to submit latest Form-A at the time of release of documents.
The Bank shall not act as a Syndicator for identifying the investor and there is no Obligation on the part of the bank to extend any credit facilities to the depositor on the basis of this arrangement.
In case of any legal issue, the firm has to bear all expenses/charges.
