Parent-Teacher conferences are going to be held on Monday,

September 13 beginning at 12:00 to 5:45 in 15 minute intervals.
I am looking forward to meeting with you.
Please sign up below for a time that is convenient for your schedule. I
will do my best to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Return the bottom
part of this form, and I will send a confirmation in a few days.
Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we can have enough
time to discuss your child’s progress. I will have a folder of your child’s
work, a progress report, and other information for your. You may like to
write down any questions or concerns that you wish to discuss with me.
This meeting is of great importance to your child’s success in school.
I assure you that the time spent will be very beneficial. I am looking
forward to seeing you and working with you to ensure your child’s progress
throughout the school year.
