    CBRE | The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the Exclusive Listing of the Auburn Mall
    in Auburn, Maine for sale. The Auburn Mall is a 300,000 SF, enclosed regional Mall
    situated on 37.5 acres. The Mall is anchored by JCPenney and TD Bank and includes a
    host of national and regional tenants including Walden Books, Bath & Body Works, Olympia

    store and Town Fair Tire.
