 New Recent Timecards Screen

• The current “Recent Timecards” and “Timecard

Search” screens are now merged into one screen
known as Recent Timecards
• This provides the following information:
– Self-Service users with the ability to search and edit their
timecards from the same tab
– Advanced Search Criteria
– An ability to delete multiple rows at a time
– A way to sort timecards on timecard status
– An indication whether a timecard has been retrieved by
recipient applications

• Enables supervisors to query online the status of
timecards for a specific timecard period considering
supervisor hierarchy
• Helps supervisors ensure that their employees report
their time on a timely basis
• Allows supervisors to approve timecards which are
pending for their approval
• Includes a graphical representation in percentage of
timecards by statuses
• Provides the ability to generate a Timecard Status
