European Union
Understanding and speaking foreign languages
makes our life easier when we travel abroad and
meet people from different countries. But
languages also open doors to new friendships,
new cultures and new opportunities. The
European Union is composed of 27 countries
with 23 official languages. Here’s a practical
taste of each one of them that just might help
you peek behind some of those doors. Simply
unfold the outer flap of the brochure showing
several phrases in your language and compare
them with the translations inside.
