    Ans: As a member of the management team, I would have


    called for a meeting immediately and discussed the matter
    with everyone in their presence. I would have set the lines of
    authority of the subordinates and made the supervisors
    understand that it is the duty of the juniors to advice but in
    their lines of authority. I would have further made sure that
    there would be no clashes between them and that there
    existed a proper professional relationship amongst them. I
    would have taken action to improve co-ordination and
    communication between them and ensured that these
    problems should not affect the sales of the company.
