The database is of a bottling company that supplies plastic bottles to drinks manufacturers in different
parts of the world. It provides data of the customer documentation as well as the payment details.
Since it is international foreign currencies are mentioned.

The master data should be untouched and the data should be replicated in another sheet (ques_sheet) in
same workbook . All the answers are to be given in a separate sheet (ans_sheet).

Questions-

1) Show the various code systems that can be used in the database.

2) Find out how many customers exist in USA .

3) Find out where the balance amount is greater than the functional amount.

4) Set up a grading system according to the following.

a. If credit period is greater than 45 then Grade A.

b. If credit period greater than 30 then grade B.
c. If credit period is greater than 15 then grade C.
d. If credit period is not in the above categories then poor credit period must be stated.

5) Calculate the average USD amount.

6) Show the customers who have to make the payment before December 2008.

7) Create a new column for Functional amount and round off to one decimal place.

8) Show the customers in USA whose balance amount is more than 2000.

9) Show the combination code for the process name Unique.

10) Find the number of customers whose payment is made in Pounds.

11) Show the customer names whose documents are unapplied and have made payments in USD.

12) Find the companies whose invoice entered is blank.
