for through various types of interview.

Human Resource is a backbone of any organization. It is very important to provide right

person for management and staff for better development of an organization and achieving
goals. An HR concerned right from recruiting to select suitable candidate for right position.
That is why I chooseHuman Resource field as a profession because I want to be work as a
key and soul of organization.

I would hope to be in a position of major responsibility. I’m not sure what that position is or will
be in the future. I feel I have the necessary skills and experience to grow into such a position.
