THE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
 STAGE 1
 Worker fills grievance form and submits to
the Shift-In-Charge.
 If the Shift-In-Charge is able to address the
grievance then the process is finished here,
otherwise move to STAGE 2.

 STAGE 2
 The worker if unsatisfied with the solution
handed to him in stage 1, should approach
the Department Head.
 If the Department Head is able to address
the grievance then the process is finished
here, otherwise move to STAGE 2.
