When it comes to nonalcoholic beverages, there are two that stand out
from all the rest. I'm sure you know the names of the companies behind
them -- Coca-Cola and Pepsi. That's right, it's Coke-versus-Pepsi time! This
battle has been waging for a long, long time, and it is as legendary, as
ultimate, as the conflict between good and evil. Of course, which one is
"good" and which one is "evil" will depend on your taste buds .

FACTS

•Pepsi was originally made by a pharmacist and was named “brads drink”.

•Coca Cola was first invented by a pharmacist name John Pemberton as a

medicine to cure headaches.

When Coke re-entered India, it found Pepsi had already established itself in
the soft drinks market. The global advertisement wars between the cola
giants quickly spread to India as well. Internationally, Pepsi had always
been seen as the more aggressive and offensive of the two, and its
advertisements the world over were believed to be more popular than
Coke's.
It was rumored that at any given point of time, both the companies had
their spies in the other camp. The advertising agencies of both the
companies (Chaitra Leo Burnett for Coke and HTA for Pepsi) were also
reported to have insiders in each other's offices who reported to their
respective heads on a daily basis...

The Coke versus Pepsi war will certainly rage on until the end of time. I
have heard that Pepsi that If you are an employee of Pepsi and got caught
drinking a Coke on the company premises you would be fired on the spot.
Now that is intense, but that is how heated the war has been and continues
to be amongst these two heated rivals.

Which is better Coke or Pepsi?

My personal opinion is that both are top quality products which happily we
can choose either and enjoy.
