We gave the FTA a verbal ‘summary of our submittal and discussed the reasons why we believe the FTA needs to reconsider its positon, not only in the interest of Houston LRV 100 LLC and CAF USA, but also for the good of Matra and the region... We have requested the FTA to keep an open mind towards finding a solution that ‘would benefit ll the stakeholders and save jobs and taxpayer dollars.
