Board Member Spotlight

Ken Horak has been happily married to his high school sweetheart,
Sue, for 26 years. He has two daughters Jennifer, 25 & Samantha,
20. Ken resides just outside of Manchester Md. and grew up in
Hampstead Md.
He has 28 years of Commercial Electrical experience and is currently employed by
Montgomery County Government as a Commercial Electrical Inspector. Ken
holds a state of Maryland Master Electricians License and a Carroll County Master
Electricians License.
He sat on the Board of Directors with Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County and helped organize the building
of the two homes. Ken became involved with Fallfest in 2004 when Habitat for Humanity was a selected charity
recipient who ran the Scarecrow Tent. He joined the Fallfest Board in 2006 and currently serves as the Grounds
committee Chairman, the Food Court Chairman and Vice Chair of Fallfest the event.
