Food Diary

As part of my healthy performer assignment I was asked to write up a


detailed food diary of which will show my balance of fibre, 5 a day and
vitamins, that help a dancers body function. I started this food diary on the
17th Monday 2010.

Monday 17th-

Breakfast- cereal and an apple.

Snacks- a bag of crisps and multigrain bar.

Lunch- chicken Caesar wrap, galaxy bar and diet coke.

Snacks- monster energy drink

Dinner- lasagne

Afters- pears and cream

Tuesday 18th-

Breakfast- none

Snacks- multigrain bar, McCoy’s crisps and monster energy drink

Lunch- egg and cress sandwich, iced coffee and a kit Kat

Snacks- none

Dinner- pasta bake

Afters- ice cream

Wednesday 19th-

Breakfast- none

Snacks- monster energy drink and a cereal bar

Lunch- cold pasta with sauce, muffin and appletiser

Snacks- ice cream cone

Dinner- Pizza and chips

Afters- Muller corner yoghurt.

Thursday 20th-

Breakfast- cereal

Dinner- Sausages and Mash

Afters- strawberries and ice cream

Friday 21st-

Breakfast- cereal

Snacks- monster energy and muffin

Lunch- popcorn and diet Pepsi

Snacks- none

Dinner- Jacket Potato with cheese and butter

Afters- cheese and biscuits

Saturday 22nd-

Breakfast- scrambled eggs and fried bread

Snacks- chewing gum

Lunch- lasagne and chips, Evian water

Dinner- sausage casserole

Afters- none

Sunday 23rd-

Breakfast- none

Snacks- croissants

Lunch- ham and cheese baguette

Snacks- Doritos and dips

Dinner- Roast and Caviar

Afters- Éclairs
