    your flat No.504 , situated at “C” wing of our building Blue Oasis – II , Blue
    Empire Complex, Near New Link Road, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali (West),
    Mumbai 400 067 subject to the following conditions :

    1. Maintenance Bill of the Society is paid in full till date and No amount is
    outstanding against mentioned flat at the time of sell.

    2. Settlement of any other payments outstanding against the flat with any
    financial authorities, concerned authorities and etc.

    We herewith also confirm that ther is No outstanding Maintenance Due till
