7- Original Constancia De Antecedentes Policiales, Statement from U.S.A. Police

that you have no arrest record or warrents, with authenticating apostille stamp of
certification. All documents translated into Spanish

8- Original Birth Certificate from U.S.A. also translated into Spanish

9- Power of Attorney authorizing your attorney to act on your behalf

10- Four passport size photos

11- Color Photocopy Passport, all pages
