• The star:Florence of the promo is always in the
focus of the camera shot.
• When she is alone in the camera shot, she is
always in front of a black background, whereas
the other performers have plenty of colour in
the background. I believe this is because she
wants the viewer to focus on her.
 Lighting
•Par cans are used with coloured sheets are used to
produce cloud like patterns. This supports the dreamy
mysterious theme.
•Otherwise the studio filmed in seems to be lit my natural
lighting.

•Colours are used to produce patterns on the
backdrop
•Patterns include: sudden explosions of colour,
clouds and tornado’s
•Florance’s hair also stands out from the rest of
every shot as it is bright orange.

•Long shots are used to focus on the artist and
zooms into a medium shot according to her
lyrics, this is a link between the lyrics and visuals
•Long shots are also used to to show the entire
cast of performers
