Updates to be done here using a macro and approved dates to be populated for all stores. Schedule
setup screen. Dates to be loaded here and we will inform banners. Banners have different methods of
information sharing with stores. Some publish to all, some inform each store separately to ensure
schedules are passed on to each store.

 Banner operations team or the department will confirm us the frequency of schedule.

 Inventory for Fresh is 3 time per quarter rather than twice
Margins
Tolerance limit – different threshold. Margin team and supervisors are responsible for margins. It is
based on the activities in a store when the change occurs
