Ingredients :
Milk – I glass
Ghee- 1 tsp
Besan -4 tsp
Method : Grind the almonds and keep it aside. Heat ghee in a pan. Then put besan and roast it ,till it
turns golden brown and then add grated almond.roast again for 2-3 minutes. Then add milk and stir
it slowly. Boil it ….and serve. This milk is best during winter season .
