Kue Kacang

4 gelas /cups tepung (plain flour)

2 sdm mentega (dicairkan)

Caster sugar 1 cup

1 botol kecil chucky peanut butter

1 cup olive oil

Vanilla

Telor oles atasnya (kuningnya)

Kacang

*kalau suka pakai garam sket

Brownies

300 g dark chocolate + 200 g butter – melt together

1 ½ cups of sugar (1 used only 1) + 1 ½ cups of flour – mix together

Add the melted chocolate/butter to the flour/sugar & mix until even

Add 4 eggs one a time

Add chocolate chips

Bake for 35 minutes in 1750

Anzac Biscuit

100g butter

4 tbsp golden syrup

½ tsp baking soda

2 tbsp boiling water


¾ cup flour

½ cup sugar

¾ cup coconut

1 cup rolled oats

In a saucepan melt the butter and the golden syrup

Mix together the boiling water and baking soda

Add the baking soda / water mixture to the saucepan

Mix the dry ingredient in a bowl

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour the liquid ingredients in and mix well

Form into teaspoon lots and place on a greased tray

Bake for 10-15 min at 1800

Cool on the tray for 5 mins or until firm
