In regard WF to the issue referred to the mismanagement of the Camino Real
Polanco Restaurant /.
I am writing to claim WW the bad service and mismanagement within WW the
Camino Real Restaurant by the Cheff and the Food and Beverage Manager

This report will look at:

- It BW has / six months of inauguration failing to meet targets and

Goals SP set by Management.

- The slowness in / service to the guest.

- The ill-prepared menu, besides being a menu that is almost never

improves WF and WW changes WF or change, so as not to cause /
attraction ww to WW the guest.

I recommend following WF up more thoroughly about these issues, as these

are errors that can not be neglected.

I would be very grateful if you could / the Cheff and the Food and Beverage
Manager /, as it has spoken to them from their own mistakes and the situation
doesn´t change.

I would be grateful to receive news as soon as possible.

Operational problems.

With regard to the mismanagement of Camino Real Polanco Restaurant

located in Campoes Eliseos.
I am writing to complain the bad service and mismanagement into the Camino
Real Restaurant by the Cheff and the Food and Beverage Manager.

This report will look at:

- The restaurant has been open more than six months failing to meet

targets and aims set by Management.

- The slowness in the moment to deliver the food and service to the
guest.

- They have a lot of mistakes when preparing the menu, besides

being a menu that almost never improve, does not cause customer
motivation.

I recommend you pay more attention to staff profiles

I would be very grateful if you could dismiss the Cheff and the Food and
Beverage Manager.
