LETTER OF OFFER

Dear Mr. Jyotirmoy,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to offer
you the position of “Team Member” at a Total Cost to Company (CTC) Rs. 61628/-
(Rupees Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty
Eight Only).

We would expect you to join us on 08.07.10, beyond which the Offer would stand
withdrawn, unless a new date is mutually agreed upon, by us in writing.

On the date of your joining, you will have to submit the following documents:

1. Proof of Age.

2. Copies of Educational Certificates and Marksheets

3. Copies of Professional Certificates.

4. Resignation Acceptance letter and Relieving certificate from the previous employer in case you
are / were employed.

5. Appointment Letter and Salary Certificates of Earlier Companies in case you are / were
employed.

6. Six Passport Size Photographs.

7. 2 Reference Letters from previous organizations / educational institute (not relatives or

Friends).

8. Photocopy of Ration Card / Voter’s ID Card / PAN Card / Passport.

9. Updated Curriculum Vitae.

This Letter of Offer is conditional, subject to the above being received and the Medical
Fitness certificate provided by the approved / prescribed Diagnostic Center (appointed by
the Company) and is subject to receipt of satisfactory references and antecedent
verification. Please note that this offer is valid subject to your acceptance of the
term/conditions of employment with us and may be withdrawn/modified if any information or
representation furnished by you is found to be incorrect or if any material information is
detected by us to have been suppressed by you or any action on your part is found to be in
contravention to the terms and conditions of employment or the Company’s Code of
Conduct.

Please sign the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance and return the
same to us.
