1. Hellenic Imperial Airways is one of our valued customers, actively bringing business in PIA
engineering facilities including Checks for B747 and repair of engines. The business with this
valued customer has crossed $4.0M mark in recent years.

2. The customer is utilizing our surplus dead inventory from engines and has always offered a market
competitive price for the same.

3. Placed opposite is the request from customer for Unserviceable vertical fin of PIA scrapped B737.
The customer intends to get it painted with HIA logo as per attached and will be utilizing the same
for display purposes.

4. Management approval is therefore requested for the donation of requested part as gift to the
customer.
