COLUMBI A-- Greater Columbia Business Monthly has selected four Nelson Mullins Riley &

Scarborough LLP partners to its 2010 inaugural list of Legal Elite:

 Edward D. Barnhill, Jr., who practices in the areas of real estate development, finance,
estate and probate work, and commercial transactions that involve environmental
concerns, construction defects, and closely held corporations.

 Glen P. Caulk, who practices in the areas of real estate, corporate law, banking, and
municipal finance.

 George B. Cauthen, who chairs the Firm's Bankruptcy Practice Group and practices in the
area of creditor bankruptcy law.

 Sue Erwin "Corky" Harper, who leads the Firm’s labor and employment practice in South

Greater Columbia Business Monthly invited Midlands attorneys to nominate the attorneys they
consider the best in their practice areas. There were eight different practice categories, and the
top 10 in each category were selected for inclusion in the October edition. The ballots were
tallied by an independent accounting firm.
