(SORAC) program has engaged in sea otter field research and pioneered
rehabilitation and release techniques for sea otters.

2.Don't touch it or try to catch it—doing so is illegal, and sea otters can bite.

9. a. if there is over fishing the population of seal would go higher because there
would be enough fish to feed all the seals
b.if there were more killer whales would it increase or decrease the population of
otters?

It would decrease the population because test show that whales are aggressive
towards sea otters.

c.if there are more sea otters in kelp forrest would there be a increase or decrease in
kelp forrest?

There would be a decrease because if there was an over population the otters
would eat/destroy all the kelp.

10.yes I think that sea otters will recover in healthy numbers becuase, there are
companies that are helping them repopulate. Sea otters are smart and are mostly
trying to hide in mostly kelp forrest or under water caves to stay away from killer
whales. Even though there is over fishing the sea otter will just find another less
people populated place so they can survive.
