C ontrol vectors are an essential tool for monitoring transfection ef-

ficiency. pCHAC-mWasabi is a Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus
(MMLV) based retroviral vector, which routinely results in a titer of 108
TU/ml or greater. This vector contains the gene which encodes mWasabi,
Vector Properties the brightest GFP to date. The specificity of the vector is increased with
421-1012 5’ LTR the addition of an Ampicillin resistant gene. This vector can be used in a
variety of mammalian cells, including human.
