We will be focusing on STARTS and TURNS for ALL FOUR STROKES, plus a
“out of water” session on GOOD NUTRITION.

This clinic is designed for LE swimmers who are:

• 9-12 years old
• Have “B” Time Standards
• Registered with USA Swimming

The cost per participant will be $20.00.

This includes lunch, door prizes and USA Swimming “Catch the Spirit” Giveaways.

Registration:
 Through the participant’s USA team
 Sent by each TEAM to the email address (listed above) for the assigned site
 Camp Applications will be distributed after athletes have been accepted
