into a partnership with the Integr8 Group,
Africa’s largest privately owned ICT service and
solutions provider.

after publicly announcing his involvement in a
massive accounting fraud.

 The company now trying to hold previous clients.

 Before the scandal it has more than 600 clients but now it has
only less than 500.
 Some clients are getting worried about their contracts.
 Previous clients are showing less interest to give new projects.
 Now it is trying to get contracts from big companies like
G.E,NESTLE,COCACOLA and some projects from GOVT.
 Now the company is doing well in australia and in newzland.
 Upto september 2010 they got around 50 new contracts.

It's been just over a year since Satyam was

acquired by Tech Mahindra under stormy
circumstances. How would you evaluate
Mahindra Satyam's performance since it was
created?
 This acquisition was a heroic effort.
 In every business decision you take, you need to
identify the upside and how you will reach that
upside.
 We knew that as Tech Mahindra, we were hugely
into the communications space and we wanted
to saddle the ICT (information and
communications technology) industry. We had
to find some kind of a game changer and Satyam
was an opportunity.
