4. Highlights of the Case

Chief complaint: Fright & bed wetting.

Past history: Allergic bronchitis since 5yrs – recurrent cold, coughs for which she was
taking treatment from an allopath.
Pt. came for the treatment when she was 7 yrs old. She came mainly for her fright & bed
wetting which was started after someone molested her, when she was alone returning
back to home from her tution.
One man lifted her & when she shouted him he left her & went away. That time she was
very much frightened. After that she stopped going out, used to refuse to go to Play, to
go to school or tusion or any where out.
She used to tell parents to accompany her while going to school or tution, she was not
ready to go to school. When parents used to ask her about that incident or that person.
She used to say I don’t remind me, I don’t want to talk about it.
Nature –
Mother said – she is very changeable in he moods. Sometimes she is very caring
loving & understanding. Sometimes very obstinate, not listening, not understanding.
Teacher says – she doesn’t open her mouth in school. If someone troubles her she
tolerates that & don’t even complain to teacher. She is very shy – when guests come
home. She won’t look or talk to them

Assessment

Treatment
She was so frightened that she didn’t want to go out for walking, suppose if somebody is
casually walking then she will say that he is deliberately following her. But now she has
improved
She even was frightened 2 yrs back she never used to go down to play also but after
the treatment she has improved.
During homeopathic treatment from some other doctor her asthma subsided and white
patch on skin appeared that had also improved.
She was very adamant before now she listens to her mother.
Her moods is also fine. Now she is going down to play, no such fear, she is very active
and alert
Her appetite, weakness, tiredness is better
In studies she has improved. She was very shy and bashful, she had opened up now
White patch is also not there at all.
