ORDER

For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum


Opinion, it is hereby
ORDERED that Patty Merkamp Stemler’s motion to vacate the
original finding of contempt is DENIED; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Stemler purged herself of
contempt as of February 13, 2009. Accordingly, because Ms.
Stemler purged herself of contempt on February 13, 2009, the
finding of contempt is lifted as of the time on February 13,
2009 the government complied with the Court’s January 21, 2009
Order; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
