Mr. Paul Chehade has made the decision with American and European entrepreneurs to make a
FREE TEST with their products and technologies that will clean the contaminated areas in the
states involved with the BP oil spill disaster.

Mr. Paul Chehade, from May 3rd, 2010, has been working on the serious problem to do with the
pollution in our coasts due to the disaster in the Gulf of Mexico this year. Since May, Mr. Chehade
has been sending letters to Mr. Barack Obama, President of the United States and to all the
Governors, District Attorneys and EPA Directors in the states involved.

Mr. Chehade believes that we cannot continue waiting for the bureaucratic process as our habitat
and economy are destroyed. Consequently, together with a group of American and European
entrepreneurs, Mr. Chehade has decided to accelerate this process and make a FREE TEST with
their products and technologies that will clean the contaminated areas in the states involved. The
same group made with similar technologies and products a FREE TEST in 2005 in Everglades,
Florida with excellent results. This process must be made as soon as possible on behalf of our
nation, for the protection and care it deserves. The American and European entrepreneurs group
presented a solution to this tragedy by making available new technologically-advanced equipment
from Italy that will effectively clean the sand and sea of the Gulf of Mexico.

No entity in charge or the media has mentioned the truly profound consequences of the tragic BP oil
spill event. The oil spill contamination is not only destroying the Gulf of Mexico's marine life for
many decades, but it will increase the risk of cancer and other serious diseases that could be fatal to
the population of the affected four states of the union due to toxic acid rain. Acid rain will be one of
the direct consequences of this devastating accident due to the evaporation of the polluted waters in
the Gulf of Mexico.

The government knows that a BP bankruptcy would cause a giant financial meltdown that would
probably make what happened in 2008 look tame. That is the reason I think the government is
working so hard to protect BP. In June, the President said, “Untold damage is being done to the
environment — damage that could last for decades.” I think the President got it right.
