Overview
This is the Windows XP modem driver for the computers listed in the Applicable P
art Numbers section of this document.

Installation
1. The necessary files extract to the C:\Cabs folder and create a sub-folder us
ing the name of the driver part number.
2. From the Start menu, click Run. In the Run dialog box, type: C:\Cabs\D00751
-001-001\Setup.exe. Click OK.
3. Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

Removal
1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.
3. In the Add or Remove Programs window, click to select Agere Systems HDA Mode
m and then click Change/Remove.
4. Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the removal process.

Troubleshooting
If you are having difficulty during or after the driver installation, download t
he file again, and then perform the installation steps for a second time.
